Sühring

New German Cuisine Restaurant Sühring has earned itself two Michelin stars and an extraordinary reputation within only a few years time of its existence in Thailand’s colorful capital Bangkok.

Here locals and foreigners alike experience the Sühring twins’ contemporary interpretations of German classics such as Labskaus, Currywurst and Spätzle with a view of the tropical garden of Sühring’s homey villa – accentuated with select pieces from their Berlin childhood home.

This corporate food photography project’s aim was to give an aesthetic and authentic glimpse behind the scenes (through a broad PR photography documentary series showcasing various prep, kitchen and service work) as well as the final dishes on the plate and the people that create them – all captured in one elegant, intimate visual language that will make the viewer hungry for more.
